Amazon Affiliate Disclosure

“We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.”

Why We Use Affiliate Links

To keep the lights on so to speak and to help to offset the hours spent finding great content for dog lovers and rescue operations we do need to be able to earn some money from this website. The site makes money from a combination of Google Ads, Affiliate Links, Paid Advertising by sponsors and free products to review that are often then donated to a local animal shelter.

What is an affiliate link? You will see pages and post about things I think are cute or that I love to use on my furry rescue crew. Clicking on these links doesn’t cost you anything and are usually some of the best deals on the web for those items. No need to even look for a bonus code.. one will be provided for you if there’s one on the web. If you click those links I get paid a small percentage of that sale as a commission.

I want this website to be a place people can come and know that what they are reading and seeing are things I am speaking honestly about.

Remember that 10% of all the earnings from this website are then donated to a local non-profit shelter or rescue group. Look for those posts once a year to see who has gotten the benefit of everything you might have bought that year. Pooch and Claws is just starting to earn a small amount of money so we hope that grows so we can donate more and more each year.
